Bill Gates & Warren Buffett: Take the Coalition’s Protests

and Condemnation Directly to the Chinese Leadership

The World's Number One Wealthiest Carlos Slim Enters the

East-West Corridor of Diplomacy

Two of the wealthiest people in the world who’ve been coalition partners since 2006 flew to China in November 2010 to publicly inspect investments, mingle with the country’s economically upwardly mobile and already successful and discuss philanthropy.  Geo-politically they demonstrated in no uncertain terms they don’t appreciate the Beijing leadership persisting with violations of Canadian domestic and international law.

During the early days of diplomacy – spring 2006, the Fiefdom treatise author and archivist for original members of the coalition – tread lightly when it came to attributing motives to the wealthiest most powerful in the world.  This was especially the case for Bill Gates and Warren Buffett because both had major interests in the Peoples Republic of China and even more major plans for future investments and profit streams.  This sensitivity was expressed in the April ’06 chapter Indisputable Proof the Wealthiest Person in the World, Bill Gates, Joined the Triple “E” Family to Repair Educational Dynamics That Can Lead to Future Democratic Fiefdoms (posted in Profiles of Coalition Partners: Bill Gates):

While it is clearly not in Mr. Gate’s corporate interests for his company, Microsoft, to join an increasingly militarizing coalition to challenge the Chinese directly, that doesn’t prevent him from recognizing how critical it is to keep America strong so the country can compete effectively against this rising Asian dragon.

After that both he (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and Warren Buffett (1, 2, 3) became regular contributors in the diplomatic back-channel; indicative of how much they increasingly became suspicious that the Chinese elite and its Canadian accomplices were never going to capitulate to what is required to be welcome members of the international community.

The two teamed up once again to combine their economic and geo-political clout – this time in November to engage in what is labelled in the diplomacy archive as conducting the business of the coalition ‘behind enemy lines’ (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8); phraseology the two might cringe at because each and every partner in the global community is entitled to view that demarcation between hostile territory and the West in a manner that suits their own interests.  Undeniably, multi-billion dollar investments and even more in future pecuniary gains would to some be antithetical to that kind of geo-rhetoric at least in practical terms.  When it comes to fundamental principles involving democracy, rule of law, transparency, accountability, human rights and free market capitalism, however, both might well agree.  And that’s where being so aggressive in employing the lexicon during their trip to China looks like it found its justification.

The hour-long program aired on CNBC during the evening of November 30th.  Several instances of the gesturing constituent of the confidential language were used to articulate standard communiqués, including the Custodian Chief’s entitlement to historic damages.  The most prominent feature was Mr. Buffett sporting an outfit the East-West corridor audience observed from beginning to end that embedded a coalition identifier and the prison certainty theme.  His companion on the trip did the same, but not so ‘loudly’.

The digital camera was snapping throughout the entire hour to demonstrate in visually graphic form how much the world’s most successful investor put the case of intolerable conduct to the Chinada High Command:

Just before posting this supplemental the person Forbes Magazine identifies in 2010 as the worlds wealthiest was interviewed on ‘Larry King Live’.  On December 3rd Mexico’s Carlos Slim offered no evidence he was even aware of the coalition and its trepidations and intentions until the second last minute of the broadcast.  He then referred to a statistic twice in a row that when combined totals twenty; and to confirm this was lexiconic effected a Kernan Maneuver.
